BR1-13: The Wedding

I read English book. This book title is ‘The Go-kart’ Race’. This book was a little long story. But it was very interesting.

Wilma and Biff saw a notice. It was about a go-kart race. Then Wilma had an idea. They told mother about the race. And mother went to the shed. She found the old go-kart, but it was broken and rusty. After that Biff told father about the race. Father looked at the old go-cart. Father had an idea and he said ‘we can make a new one’. The mother and father made a new go-kart. Mother painted the go-kart. She was good at painting. And the go-kart was completion. Everyone looked at the new go-kart. Biff wanted a go. Mother took the children to the park. There was a hill in the park. It was a good place to try the new go-kart. Wilma went first, but everyone had a go. And Wilma saw another go-kart. Another go-kart was Anneena’s. She was got a go-kart too. Everyone looked at Anneena’s go-kart. It looked fast. So Wilma and Anneena had a race. The go-kart raced down the hill. First, Anneena was in front. But suddenly, a dog ran in front of Anneena. Her go-kart crashed into a bush. Wilma crashed into Anneena. Everyone looked at the go-karts. Wilma’s front wheels were bent. Anneena’s go-kart was upset. Chip looked at the broken go-karts. He had an idea. They made one go-kart out of two. They put the front of Anneena’s go-kart on the back of Wilma’s. The children liked the new go-kart. They called it Silver Bullet. After that, it was the day of the race. Everyone was excited. Biff wanted to drive, but so did Wilma and Anneena. In the end, mother tossed a coin and Anneena won. And it was time for the race. The race started. The go-kart raced down the hill. Everyone shouted and cheered. Anneena went fast. Silver Bullet was in front. Anneena didn’t win. Two go-karts went faster. Silver Bullet came third. Anneena was upset. She wanted to win the race. They looked sad. And Silver Bullet did win a prize. It was the best-looking go-kart. They said it was the best.

The go-kart is very good. It is very interesting. I want to make and ride a go-kart. I am sure it is very interesting. But I thought that Japan is not popular go-kart. Go-kart should be more popular. This story was very great. They were very friendly. It was important.(419)
